Dr. Carolyn goes above and beyond. There have definitely been some office staff glitches, but nothing that wasn't fixed, and has improved over time. I'm sad that other people haven't had the experience that we've had. Regarding the comment about beside manner, Dr. Carolyn doesn't coddle, and she's very direct and to the point. For some people this might feel like bad bedside manner. For me it was a breath of fresh air. She helped my family face hard situations and choices head on, and with clarity. I strongly recommend her care.
