    Gave my son a root canal and a permanent cap. Cap didn't fit correctly. More pain, office exam indicated that the root canal was a failure. Needed to be re done through cap but needed another insurance authorization. The permanent cap fell off. The office never called with an appointment. 9 months of agony to get him into another dentist. Epic fail.
