If there was less than 1 star I would be choosing that. UPS could not find the largest commercial building in town that is next to the highway. I watch UPS trucks go by this location every day yet they returned an urgent package back to the shipper for some unknown reason. Their customer service is terrible. FedEx, USPS and all other deliveries make it here with no problems. With their GPS it should not have been a problem, they must have been to lazy to use it. My business uses FedEx, years ago UPS smashed 3 packages packed in the manufactures packaging fully insured they would not pay a penny of it, all $1200 worth.
